Race 3, Nurburgring Nordschleife, Wed. September 11

With the white-knuckle ride that was Suzuka, we're back in Europe for next week. Turns out, both the circuit at Le Mans and at Nurburg are free this week and two weeks after. Last week, I took a survey of racers for which part of the Nurburgring we should run, as it is scheduled for our next race, but after tonight's mention, I am second-guessing. What do you guys think? Should we run the Nordschleife, Nurburgring GP, New Le Mans, or Old Le Mans? The location not raced this week will be raced two weeks afterward, and then we will decide on that configuration at that time. If we reach no definite decision one way or the other, we will default to the Nordschleife this week and New Le Mans two weeks after. I'll see if I can get a poll up.

**After some careful deliberation and negotiation with racers, administrators, and the International Angry Track Marshalls Union Ltd. Co. Inc., we're going to the Nordschleife for our next race. Testing and tuning has already begun. This event will be a single full-length event, using the familiar reverse-points starting order. Because this track is so lengthy, we will use the Lobby Points system, finishing a shorter track in our starting order. **

P.S. I put up 3 consecutive 7:10.9xx around the 'Ring just a little bit ago. I have no idea what that means.

I'd keep new Le Mans, and I'll leave the people who are running Nurb this weekend to decide. Though I really want to race The Green Hell.

theres no need for this much uncertainty. make it nordschleife then new le mans.

That's what I think we should do. I was just leaving this up to the people who felt very strongly one way or the other; that said, I think I'm going to have to go back on racing in the FSCS this weekend due to a busy schedule. (So I'll really want to do the Nordschleife.)

Nordschleife and New LeMans would be my preference.

It seems like everyone I have talked to today has said the same thing. We'll do Nordschleife for the next race and New Le Mans for the finale. Builds are updated.

Figured while the guys were taking on The Ring in FSCS, I would turn some practice laps for the upcoming DCS race there this week.

LSA got that mad with Hired and Matt car, that went to the test of the Furai for ¨British Top Gear Magazine¨ and got the car on fire.

Nah. As much as I hate that car in public lobbies and such, it's still a car and I would not wish any harm upon it. Also, 6 AND A HALF HOURS 'TIL RACETIME!

Ugh, sorry guys, some last minute stuff came up. I won't be making it to the Ring tonight. It's really kind of ridiculous that every time the Ring comes around on any series or site that I'm in/on, I never make it. Maybe one of these days...

No biggie, man.

On a side note, WHAT A WHITE-KNUCKLE RIDE. Congrats to Matt on his win, sorry to all the people that got damage, caught up in wrecks, behind wrecks, and all the other crap that happens.
