GT/GTS
The 2014 season of the Pirelli World Challenge, brought to you by NSA & F4RR, will begin at Motegi on the East Circuit. The GT and GTS classes are shaping up to be very competitive, with a great crop of drivers to keep an eye on. In GT, BulinWall5, in the Volvo, showed he is a force in the all-wheel drive monster, putting down record lap times in practice sessions. The Cadillac's of Moesavy and Roscoe have been working overtime for the start of the season and surprise entry, Dr PiiHB in his Hawk Nissan GT-R, should be in the running for a podium. The winner of the drivers championship in the Superstars Series, Wolfpack, will return in the Chevy Camaro for a shot at the PWC GTS title. Squid is looking to defend his PWC GTS trophy in the TPN/Blackforest Charger, while archival, Stalker driving the Roush Mustang, may have a say so in the GTS championship standings. Stage is set, the drivers are ready and the 2014 season of the Pirelli World Challenge is about to begin. Pull those straps tight and change your batteries, this is going to be a wild ride.
(If more than 15 drivers are available to race, the classes will run in separate lobbies) (Drivers not making the qualifying session, will start race 1 at the back of the grid)

Hahahahaha. This sainted fella is hilarious. Like he's gonna outrun a Cadillac, gtr, or Volvo in a.....wait for it, glorified Volkswagen. What a jokester. He'll realise his mistake tonight at practice.

Its almost race time everyone, I'm looking forward to this opener of our PWC series.
Sainted, thanks for bringing that up, I will address that and a couple other things.
If you haven't noticed, we have more than 16 racers signed up for this series btween both GT and GTS classes. I don't expect everyone to show up but it is possible we'll have more than 16 total racers. In that case, we will split the GT and GTS into 2 rooms. Max will take the GT group and I will take the GTS group.
If you don't recieve an invite from either me or Max near race time, send one of us a messege.
GT: Maxximillion GTS: StalkerStang50
If there are less than 16 racers total we will use 1 race room.
Also, be aware of race 2 procedures. Race 2 grid ordering will be based off race 1 lap times, race 2 will be extended by 1 extra lap so we can start in the correct order. We will then have a standing start based off the in-game timer. I know most of the NSA crew has done this starting process before.
As Max stated in the first post on this thread, if you don't make qualifying time, then you will start at the back of the pack.
If there are any questions please contact me or Max.

blakey drove that thing like a bad mofo! I threw everything I had at him, got beside him with 3 corners to go and lag started to happen so I slammed on the brakes as I'm trying to points race and his lag nicked my car and gave me damage, continued on but ruined what the last corners would of been :/ congrats blakey, hell of a drive.

Congrats to Piihb, Jp and Blakey. Bikini Bottom decided to dominate GTS. Good job guys. Shout outs to Oddball as well. Hell of a lap (31.5) Thats a second faster than when i last saw you running. Hearing all the hype about the times being run, and seeing first hand piihb break into the 27's after barely being back on FM4 i went back to the drawing board. I figured that piihb would be at 27.7's I didnt know if i could run those times. I had been in rooms with people all week pushing and pushing and finally it clicked with some help from a friend of mine. I take it kinda personal when people accuse me of things i know im innocent of and the foul language and yelling were a direct response to that. So i apologize to Manuel and anyone else that was involved in the shouting match but i will most certainly stay resolute on my honesty that i did not sandbag. I was happy to go faster but pretty damn disappointed at the same time. The 2nd race to me was far funner. Damn good job and line run by Bulin.

The thing is Sainted, that you came with a tune or a improved car after the previous tests, basically Today.
It came from your mouth ¨When I saw Phiib Times, I started to push and push to make my car faster¨, while we or at least me Tuned and pushed the car to the limit for every test race. I didnt waited for last day to make my car competitive, I have always been in the edge.
If I have done the same, I´ll show up today with a much faster car and win that easy. But i dont see that was the point of the balancing.
Take it as you want, but I just say things out in front of people, not in the back!

Bud, i was pushing all week and didnt hit those times. I was at my limit with the tune i had. The car felt fine, i went from barely hitting a 28.2 to consistently hitting a 28.0. I practice with Moe and run 28's and 27.9's. I get a party invite from my friend and he starts riding my ass and pushing me harder. Next thing i know i hit a 27.7. I ran that in qually. I kept trying until i hit what i thought to be the time to beat. I figured i was fighting for 2-5th since you, moe, piihb and i were all so close. BUt what you are saying is that because i kept working on my car that im not being fair. Lets all run stock tunes then because manuel couldnt find the last few tenths that sainted could. Bulin is fast as shit. He knows what each car is capable of, i was getting close to what my car was capable of, what was stopping you? And dont tell me that a 28.2 is the best that car has for you because you are faster than that manuel. i was told what to run and i worked it til i got all i could out of it. i never got complacent. i asked repeatedly if my car needed to me debuilt. i was told no, that a low 28s were where i needed to be to be in a fight so i took it apon myself to use what i had to get beyond those times.

And there lies the problem... After testing people kept striving to go faster even though they were top on the board's... Or very close yes I tested since Stalker and squid set my build I tested on another car rite up till Qual lobby then went back to other build because that's how this is being ran Another driver in the same car ran two 27.8 and his porshe got murdered... You all knew this anybody in 27's should of been hit period it's bracket racing in sorts either way you boys are getting hitttttttt

Okay, I think everybody got their point across from the GT race. Any more queries about race balancing, please PM Stalker or myself. Thank you.
As far as the racing, thanks to the drivers of GT lobby for on track conduct. We had a couple issues, but for the most part, everything went smoothly, including our race timer standing start. Congratulations to Sainted on his GT pole and round 1 win, also to PiiHB for his GT round 2 win. Congratulations to JP on his GTS round 1 win and Blakey for his GTS round 2 win. I heard the racing was close in the GTS lobby, shame JP lagged out of race 2. Great job to the podium winners and good luck next week.
Next stop Ladera, this is going to be interesting.

GTS was a good race. Very clean, very close for most of the drivers. The restart was interesting but worked well. Very excited about the rest of the season!
Thank you, Stalker and Max, for putting so much effort into this - it's paying off.

Thanks for the support everyone. I do apologize for being late, I was under the impression I had an hour more of time than what I actually did.
I'm overall happy with both races, I know there were a couple hiccups but nothing that can't be handled.
Expect the racing to get closer and closer by each event from here on out. I'll get build adjustements out before the weekend. Drivers who finished overall in the top 3 and the bottom 3 should expect a build update from me. Both classes.
Thanks again to everyone for participating, points will be updated soon and if there are any questions please contact me or Max.
