Running mid-high 19's at Sebring in the Vette. I think the only way to keep from pole-vaulting is to be mindful of the curbs going into Bishop's Bend.

I think I have no chance against the vette at this track,as I remember i´m running high 20s. Will make some deep tunning to give a fight.
And still have to see what BerpDator´s Shelby runs here.

My 19's are few and far between. I'm mostly in the mid 20 to low 21 range. If I can keep all 4 wheels on the ground, as oddball saw last night.

I also flirted with the idea of using the old hairpin, but there is no runoff area or braking markers, so that won't happen.

That's good. You, oddball, and I should be running pretty close together. Until I flip. Or oddball flips. Or lags out.

A lightning fall near my house and the modem is dead. I'm going to miss the race, tecnician arrives until tomorrow.
Berpdator is ready for today find him. And he will invite PPEVIL who was going to join us today.
He runs like me and i think he is on a Jaguar too.
(I want to cry)

It's exactly as it should be. I don't want people to have to deal with AI cars while they're trying to finish. Everyone should be able to get one full lap in after the leader crosses the finish line.

well a DNF is not a good result, imagine this:
I´m battleing with you and counter shows 1 second left and we are arriving to a tight turn, I just dont brake and pass you and time reach zero. I won.
Well, that happens once to me, i rather deal with IA cars than finish anywere. But is just my opinion.

I'm more concerned with someone wrecking and limping around, ending up multiple laps down, then we all have to wait for that person to finish. In reality, once the leader passes the finish line, as each person crosses the line their race is over. They don't keep racing while the winning car pulls into victory lane.
I know what you're saying. I got burned by it at Sebring. I gave up the class lead when I moved over to far to let the Prototypes by. I was able to get within 100 feet of oddball, but ran out of time.

Ok, so when the P cars cross the finish line we have to race just to cross it

It was identified during post race inspection that 2 cars failed tech. As the list of banned components was not posted until after the conclusion of the race, there will be no complete forfeiture of points earned during the race. As the build specifications for each car is detailed, there will be a minor penalty assessed.
The #51 Ford GT40 driven by leadfoot was found to have a banned component (race chassis reinforcement and roll cage). A 5 point penalty has been assessed against leadfoot and Ford Racing, and the driver is on probation for the rest of the season. Further, the bonus point awarded for qualifying on the pole has now been awarded to the second place qualifier.
The #21 Ferrari GTO driven by maxximillion was found to have a banned component (race chassis reinforcement and roll cage). A 5 point penalty has been assessed against max and Ferrari Racing, and the driver is on probation for the rest of the season.
