I know we have a couple of great series getting ready to kick off, but if anyone would like to throw together a practice room to try out these cars, the build and tune restrictions are up to date. Simply post here and get some people in.

I am in, still never driven this car but i'd like to place an order for one.

As soon as I am back online Ill be opening sign up and sending them out. Until then feel free to throw together some practice lobbies and get a feel for them. They can be a handful at some places. They are very heavy compared to most other cars that everyone is used to running.

Piihb, i have the build if you want me to send one over to Oddball.

ok. just make sure the tune is up to date. some minor changes since we were playing around in them a while back. thanks.

also note that upon sign up everyone will be purchasing them even if you already have one built. no exceptions. they come complete with paint and tune perameters in place. nothing can change on the paint as far as decals go. this includes numbers and name. the tune will have the mandatory parts already to spec and the rest will be tuned but can be adjusted. so once you start making changes to the cars you receive, be sure to keep and eye on what can and cannot change.

Could I purchase a pony car a little more condusef to my driving style, SLOW?
And will I be able to paint my Mustang, sans official decals and logos?

I don't think I've touched that car since I ran it. Its still sitting there painted up and I think I ran it at Laguna.

So have you guys run this thing lately? I have been driving it trying to find a better final drive ratio to use. The 3.73 works in the real world but on here it is a little too long. Fifth gear is never really used. Keep an eye on the tune section for a change to come.

I had not planned on having a team points championship but I don't see why people still couldn't team up. I don't mind at all.

What day and time will this be running? I know I am slow, but I can't find it anywhere.

You actually read my mind. From what I understand, Fridays were originally discussed, probably the same time as the Superstars events (8pm Eastern), but I'm not against bumping the start time back if we can get more people in the races. Not too late though since I have to work Saturday mornings.

If Fridays don't work, I'm open for Mondays as well. Same deal with the start times

Fridays are tough cause I'm usually out causing trouble.

My thoughts were either eight or nine. Nine was where I was leaning for the start time. The races are only roughly 50 minutes so I figured the late start would be okay. Up to you though.

Great idea dawg. We need to get some laps in on these hunts before this starts. Get everyone warmed up to the idea.

I'll see what I can do to get on and get the paint outline sent and maybe join you guys for a few laps. No promises but I'll see what I can do.

There should be a couple of these in the club house oddball. One is red with nsa design the other is either blue or white. Can't remember.

Just a quick preview of the car I am putting in the Auction House to collect the entry fees:



These are coming pre-built/tuned (no real tune as it's all "Sport" suspension bits) at 590PI. Hannibal and I blasted around in them for a few laps last night. They are extremely stable, but will step the rear end out if you really push them. I'm interested in running these as a companion event after the Mustang Challenge races on either the same tracks or the club/short versions of the same tracks.

That would be cool. Like a continental to Rolex style event. Good thinking
