As an homage to the 50th anniversary of Ford's dominating performance at Le Mans, Virtual Vintage will be hosting a 24 hour endurance race on May 21-22, 2016. We will be utilizing a pared down field of iconic Le Mans racers from 1965-1968 split across 3 classes, with cars built to meet their original race specification as closely as possible within the game while also being balanced for parity as required.

For logistical reasons, our initial intent is to limit the field to 20 teams with 3-5 racers per team, but if there is enough interest and support, additional lobbies may be added.

*Built as closely to spec as the game allows and is serving as a benchmark for the remainder of the class

Once the cars are balanced, I will open up team registration.

I've started a thread for people to start compiling teams HERE. If you plan on racing, please let me know. I will start putting together organized test sessions soon to validate the builds. There may also be some changes to the car selection in the nest few weeks. Over the next few days I will get the builds uploaded to my sharefront.
