-*If necessary: A 10 minute timed run to determine lobbies*
-10 minute Free Practice
-10 minute Qualifying to set grid
-20 lap Main Race (Standing start) (1 Mandatory pit stop)

Qual (dry sesion)

The weather was a product of the initial lobby imploding and the new lobby spitting out host and resetting the condition. That kind of tropical storm will not be apart of the conditions we use during a race event. Even though Dirty and I live that drive every afternoon during the summer in Florida, not a big deal.

Not a very productive night racing, but the information gathered will help in trying to make every effort for this series to go on as planned. Lobby size, chat rooms, event coordination, game invites, lobby procedures, all were very helpful findings. Thanks to those that should up and sorry for the lackluster racing, we are trying hard to make this series work for everyone.

I found the event very productive too, weather thing I knew it was because of room change and the hurry to sort everything out, you are going in the right way.
But i feel even if we have wather variable conditions, we can call for a red flag if conditions gets very xtreme.

Limit room size can help, I think we need to make a second test with some changes to verify if that improves the room stability.

The problems i feel are in the game servers, not on host´s conection.

The connection issues are definitely through the game servers, as they are renting cloud space. We've found that 8 in a lobby on private chat worked well, everyone could be heard, the game ran smoothly and there were no lag drops.



Still need to test our findings, so same time, same track, same channel next Sunday.
