I suggest that going forward, all race starts and restarts be changed to a rolling start, and not a standing start. This is the procedure followed by the PWC for TC/TCB races.

Note this excerpt from Section 2.16.2.12.3:

2.16.2.12.3: Races will be double file rolling starts unless noted
by the Race Director.

2.16.5 covers restarts, in which it gives the race director the power to choose either a single or double file restart, but TC/TCB never does standing starts or restarts.

Thanks for the input. Duly noted. From past experience, rolling starts in multi class racing can be more than a little dicey. I did consider using them in this series, but decided against them. I had also considered running both segments as one race, having everyone pit, then roll back onto the grid. This would have been a more accurate representation of how the events ran last year when both stints were run back to back. Ultimately, I decided to run the races from a standing start for simplicity's sake.

In Forza simplicity seems to make for the best results.  Not always, and Im always willing to try new ideas, so something to keep in mind I suppose.
