| Effective immediately, each driver is now permitted to switch to another car. The following stipulations apply:
- The car chosen must not have scored championship points (as of today) in the series.
- You will start with the base PI for that car. If desired, you may test run the car in practice sessions for PI adjustments prior to making a formal decision.
- Silly season closes prior to the start of Round 11 (Tsukuba)
