| Alright guys, work has slowed down and become a little more stable, my daughter is growing up and is become a little independent lady, and well, I have more free time than I have the past few years. It sucks I couldn't get a Xone and join you guys on FM6 but I have finally made the leap to iRacing and have gotten settled in there. So long story short I feel like it's time to start representing NSA again.
Things over there work very different than they do in Forza so it'll take a couple months to get it set up and a crowd big enough to race, but I will be hosting a series that hopefully we can grow and make part of our already existing Nein Shiza portfolio for weekly events. I will continue to post info as I get sponsors and a schedule together. If you run on iRacing now and would like more info or to help out with running the series, please post below or pm me. I'll also link to an official iRacing league page once I have one set up and opperational. |

| Before advancing any farther I would like to gauge interest/get approval to bring Nein Shiza into a sponsorship deal with an existing racing league in iRacing. Its a late model short track series and run by one of the biggest names in iRacing. It will be a great opportunity to get our name out and also draw new drivers for the series I have in the works. How do the guys up stairs feel about this idea?
I will give details if approval is given. |

| Yeah definitely been talking with him a good bit. We will be hooking up for some nsa team racing once I get some more content purchases. This shit is expensive. It'll take a while to get enough content to run full seasons in a few series. |

| PiiHB!!! Please check this out and come race with me here on Tuesday nights at 9pm!
NEORacingNews.com Pro Cup Series Upcoming 2016 season!
Ok ladies and gentlemen, its just about go time! 8 days from now, the Tuesday B-Class Series (yet to be named sponsor forthcoming!) kicks off its season at Daytona!
A couple changes for this upcoming season to keep note of:
1- Our start times are changing! The qualifying sessions for all races AFTER Daytona will take place at 9pm, Eastern. Practices will still start at 8pm, however. We realize this may impact a few of our west-coasters, but we had a majority of folks loudly in favor of moving the start time back to 9pm, so here we are.
2- We will be tracking incidents to a much finer degree this season, with penalties and punishments for repeat offenders. Headed by Patrick Hahe, the new tracking formats will involve points for causing cautions, and well, frankly its tough to explain. So what I will do is have Patrick follow up with everyone this week to clarify when he gets back from New Smyrna. But the basis being, those that consistently cause issues may want to take warning: We will park, we will deduct points, and we will ask you to leave if you keep it up. This means you, Cable! #05inthewall
Daytona we will have Duels, but they will not be this week on the 16th like we had intended. Due to an insanely late start on the start of the season because of work and family issues for the administration, we could not organize things in time.
So what we are going to do is start practice at 8pm, have a 5 minute qualifying session at 9:00pm, then split off into 15-Lap Duel Races. No yellows, but if you cause a caution, even if you win the duel, you're starting at the back. Keep that in mind before you take that guy 3 wide on lap 2, going for the lead.
After the 15 lap shootout, we'll set the grid, and take the green at 9:30 for the 2nd Annual Daytona 120! whoop whoop!
The Sunday night series will not be following the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series cup schedule anymore, and will not be utilizing the Gen-6 Cup Cars. We will be using 3 different vehicles for 12 races each, starting with the Trucks at Daytona on Sunday. Then in the early summer we'll flip to the Dallar for 12 races, and round out 2016 with the Late Models for 12 more. More information will follow for those that follow that Sunday series.
I hope that helps alleviate a lot of concerns for the season, its been a long hard off season for many. Some have introduced new members of their families (Trevor!), some have been adjusting to new family life (Cable!), others diving deeper into their work (Patrick with Speed51.com). So to say its been rough going since we wrapped up in November is an understatement.
But lets get going this year, and try to have some fun! Good luck everyone!
Greg

| Sounds good. I'll join up after work. Although I just dropped $140 on tracks for another series so it will be limited schedule this go round. We will definitely have to get together to do some drafting practice before then. So just to clarify, next week's race will be the xfinity cars at the newer Daytona right? |

| Good deal. I already started spamming you with private messages on iRacing too....sorry, I'll stop now. Yes that is correct. Easy peezy too....it's a fixed set-up series based on the iRacing fixed set ups, so its kind of just arrive and drive. What other series are you running? Don't hold out on me! |

| The one I mentioned to you a few weeks ago. Late models in short track only. Can't think of name right now. You used to run it I think you said. I know you know some of the drivers. All the pro level guys. I should hold down the tail of the field. It'll be amazing. I'll get the new Daytona and car and see what I can do. Haven't done restrictor plate racing yet so I'm sure I'll get banned in the first race. Can't wait! |

Nah, you'll be fine. I ran top 10 with those guys, so I'm sure you'll be alright.
If you want to do some drafting practice let me know. We can get in the practice lobbies for the fixed B races....it's the same set up. |

| Cool. Sounds good. They sent me an email a couple weeks ago saying that the qualifying series is coming up soon and they would send another email with more info later. I keep an eye on the website but haven't seen anything new lately. Should start soon though I would think. March maybe? Cause it should be about 12 races and that would put it wrapping up around June or July. Them main series starts in September. I have also been working on setups already, I'll pm them to you when I get on the computer later. |

Are you going to run the iRacing NASCAR series at all? Full length races open to everyone with races Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday. |

| Yeah don't rush into it. It's a ton of content.
When you buy stuff, make sure you buy in bulk. I'm sure you saw the discounts for buying more tracks/cars. I spent so much money on one-off's to start.....pissed me off. |

| Yeah I don't plan on buying too much one piece at a time. I bought like 9 tracks and a car. Saved a pretty good bit of money and still cost me a fortune. This is a pricey game but it's worth it. Only thing I have bought stand alone so far were the nurburgring tracks. |

| Haven't run combined or the gp yet. Been running the tourist version and way different from forza 4. Only run on forza 6 a couple times and they are pretty close. Iracing version is a little trickier because the game is much less forgiving. There are a few corners that are insanely more challenging than they are in forza. I love it though. Its done perfectly. |

| Just an update on the sponsor situation for late model series. I am getting us in as a sponsor for the series I will be running. I'm buying in for sponsoring a part of the race like onboard cameras or points standing, something like that. Not sure at this time where we will be displayed but there will also be a link to this website on their main series page and that should get us some more traffic for iracing on our site. Also all races are streamed through LSRTV on YouTube if you guys want to watch the races. I'll post a link closer to the start of the season. |

| Loving the white one. I have the one in the other thread, but it's interior magic, company I work for, and NSA. And it's now a Cadillac of course. We have plenty of time to work out a new design though. You are right, some of these guys have some really good looking paints, we gotta represent. |

| Awesome. I'll do the same if I have time to get on tonight. Not worried about a cool paint for the qualifying series. Don't think that one gets air time. November is when the real fun starts. Also, I'll have to buy the xfinity car to see what we can throw on that one for Tuesday. |

| Sure wish I could help you fellas with some designs. I looked into getting templates, would cost the same rates to paint as it would to race, just to join Tradingpaints.
I like the design with my cartoon likeness on the hood, very cool.
Anything that I can do for you guys, outside the game, let me know, like custom logos/script/backgrounds.

| Max, do you have access to photoshop by chance? I have all the templates downloaded and i'd be happy to send to you. Not sure if there are other programs to use, but that's what I use.
As far as logos, I'd love to get all the NSA logo's you have. I basically only have what you see above, but I rock NSA somewhere on every paint I do. |

| You def don't need trading paints. Photoshop will be best but I use gimp, because free. Gimp isn't the best for painting these things though. Takes forever because of the limited tools. All you would have to do is download the templates and you could then email the paints when done. You would be a lot better at them than we are I am sure. I don't know about Jay Dee but it takes me hours and hours just to get everything in the car. Then I gotta fine tune and adjust angles and all that. Gimp doesn't have a mirror type tool, not that I can find anyways. Let us know if you want templates sent your way. Can't wait to run a good looking car for a change. You've seen my work, sub par at best. |

| I use Corel, old man program that works great, and have messed with pCARS templates for PC, which uses the same PSD files. Attach or email me the SS template and I'll mess with it. The only problem I see is the transitions from one layer to another, lining up artwork and textures, without seeing it on a 3D model for fine tuning. |

| I haven't gotten anything either aside from the email I posted last week. You should get an email sometime tomorrow going over the rules and stuff.
Yeah, I'm sure you'll be fine. You were drafting just fine. Takes a little time to figure everyone out.
I plan on getting on tonight. Maybe we see if we can find a hosted race to jump in a draft. We'll have to plan for a practice night the week before races. I leave for the Philippines this Thursday so I'll miss next week, but I'll be back for the rest.
Also, let me know when you get a headset. I'll see if we can set up a team chat on the Can-Am teamspeak. |

| Awesome sounds good brother. Honestly I will only make about 4 to 5 races of the season unless I come into a few hundred dollars to buy tracks.
I have run a decent practice lobby and also a race in these cars and qualified pile for the race. I think I'll be okay. Hard to stay low once the tires are gone but I plan on being high early on anyways to move forward and save tires. I did learn mid pack is a bad place to be when a wreck happens. Everyone freaks out and will run You over in a heart beat. Either very front or very back is where I plan to cruise until about 20 to go. From the laps I have turned I feel pretty confident about this race. Once we get hooked up though we need to stay together If possible. No one has seen me before in this series so I doubt I'll have any friends. |

| Friends shouldn't be a big deal unless there are green flag pit stops. If it stays green to pit stops we'll want to coordinate. Honestly, that's the biggest thing to practice. Getting on pit road is not easy during the race.
Other than that, it'll stay pretty tight throughout most of the field. |
